Our cornbread is made Island Style ~ moist, buttery & slightly sweet. This was our main thought when naming our business to honor the culture and pay respect.

Our family is on Kauai (plenty on Oahu!) and the people of Kauai quickly embraced our business and supported our products during our test phase. This is where we got our public roots.  We named our business in gratitude and recognition of these gracious individuals.

While there are challenges for us in securing a commercial kitchen operation on Kauai at this stage, our hope is to one day locate our business on this most beautiful and precious island.
