KC's Island Style Cornbread Muffin

Our island style cornbread is moist, buttery and slightly sweet. It can be eaten as a "not so sweet treat" or with your favorite main dish.

KC's Crisp Cornbread Wafers

These cornbread crisp wafers are our unique and original creation. Light, crisp, buttery and delicate. Caution: Rumor has it they are delightfully addicting.

KC's Cornbread Strawberry Trifle

Using our island style cornbread as a base we layer it with a hand-crafted, not so sweet, whipped cream and fresh cut strawberries.

For our chocolate lovers, we offer this yummy chocolate bar mixed with pieces of our original crisp wafer and toss in a few marshmallows.
